Thanks to you, children and adults with cancer received support last Christmas.
You helped us to deliver 1,506 Cuddles for Christmas bears to hospitals and hospices last Christmas. You also helped us to fund 4,904 cancer kits during 2021 – helping both children and adults with cancer, including elderly people who received our new Comfort Kit. For the people with cancer you helped, it provided comfort and distractions at an incredibly tough time.
Sayuri
Sayuri was so delighted to receive her warmable teddy she named Cutie. She loves cuddling Cutie and never goes to hospital without her ‘cuddle team’.
Audrey
Still undergoing chemotherapy, with all the expected side effects. Her warmable teddy bear brings much-needed comfort when she’s feeling a bit down or tired.
Esme
Esmé was delighted to receive her soft, cuddly bear. It arrived on her birthday, which falls just before Christmas, making it an extra-special present.
Omarni
Omarni is doing really well and has had his Hickman line removed. It’s now almost a year since his transplant and the future is looking so much more positive.

Comfort and distraction on the toughest journey
Supporters like you have also also helped to fund the many different items that go into our very special Kids’ Kits. There are warmable bunnies, puzzle books, colouring sets, yo-yos, notebooks and more. In addition, many of you helped us fill our Cancer Kits, Chemo Kits and Comfort Kits, all designed to meet the needs of cancer patients at particular stages of their treatment journey. However you supported us – thank you so much.
