We support people with all kinds of cancer across the UK. Our services are designed and delivered by people who have experienced cancer themselves – to improve the experience of others.

Our new interactive Cancer Coach e-Learning digital programme is designed to support you with some of the common emotional challenges you may be facing post cancer treatment. It is ideal for anyone who requires more flexibility and privacy, allowing you to complete the entire six week Cancer Coach programme in your own time. Try Cancer Coach Digital here
Cancer Coach Focus Forwards – a one-hour session that provides emotional support post treatment
Have you recently completed your cancer treatment? Are you feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or uncertain about the future? You’re not alone. These emotions are common as you navigate life post-treatment and discover your “new normal.” It’s okay to acknowledge how you’re feeling and reach out for support. Talking with others who have been through similar experiences can be incredibly helpful. That’s why we’re introducing our Cancer Coach Focus Forwards session – a one-hour workshop designed to help you move forward with confidence.

Cancer Coach
Have you finished cancer treatment? Are you struggling to adapt to your new normal? Do you feel unsupported when tackling the emotional challenges of post-treatment life?
Cancer Coach is our free support group programme for anyone who has completed their physical cancer treatment. Held over the phone and online video, groups are run by trained facilitators and take place once a week for 6 weeks. Talk to others who understand what it’s like – as they have experienced cancer too.
Cancer Coach groups are suitable for people who have previously had a stage 1-3 cancer diagnosis.

Workplace Cancer Support Training Courses
By 2030, there will be around one million people of working age living with cancer in the UK. 85% of people with cancer who were employed when diagnosed, say it was important for them to continue work after diagnosis.
It is clear that there is a huge need for every organisation to do more to help the increasing numbers of people affected by cancer who want to remain or return to the workplace.
Using our Cancer Coach knowledge, we have developed a range of courses to ensure that everyone in the UK affected by cancer feels emotionally supported in the workplace.

Cancer Kits
We offer Cancer Kits to people currently undergoing treatment as a practical aid to recovery.
We have Cancer Kits, Chemo Kits and Kids’ Kits, which we supply free of charge. The Kits include practical items for people receiving cancer treatment and can be ordered for yourself or a friend or family member.
