Thank you to everyone who entered

Cancer Support UK and Warmies would like to thank all the children who entered our 2026 Create Your Dream Bestie competition. We were blown away by the creativity, imagination and artistic talent on display.

We were really impressed by the standard of the designs submitted by children of all ages – particularly as these are all children undergoing cancer treatment.

This made the judges’ task of selecting a shortlist extremely difficult.
However, they have now chosen six finalists, whose drawings are featured below.

Public vote

A public vote will now decide the winning Dream Bestie, which will then be transformed by our friends at Warmies into a special limited edition sensory soft toy, which delivers soothing warmth and fragrant comfort, as well as helping alleviate stress, anxiety, and encouraging restful sleep.

The winner’s prize

Every finalist will receive a special sample of their design.
The overall winner will receive the first toy in the limited edition run and the remaining toys will go on sale later this year to supporters and friends of Cancer Support UK.
All profits from sales will go to Cancer Support UK to help us provide practical and emotional support to people with cancer.
