Participant & Admin Support Coordinator
Megan joined us from Macmillan Cancer support where she provided emotional support and practical advice to those affected by Cancer. She focused on improving the quality of customer care and introducing a more personalised touch to interactions across social media. Megan has a strong background in customer service and administration, and focuses on breaking down barriers to ensure that everyone is able to access the support that they need. She also volunteers as a bereavement counsellor and brings her active listening and empathy skills to her role at Cancer Support UK.
